Tunde Adeoti, is the Managing Director of Megawatts Nig. Ltd., established in 2007, carving its niche as an infrastructure solutions provider in the Mechanical, Electrical and Piping (MEP) engineering services industry; through global best practice and specialized design, installation and maintenance of building services projects of all sizes.

Tunde has garnered varying experiences in the construction industry, implementing and supervising high profile MEP projects for Top multi national companies across Sub Sahara Africa. Guided by passion, entrepreneurship and excellence, he started his sojourn in the MEP industry at Fred Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Limited as the HVAC Engineer, where he was involved in comprehensive design and Installation of Heating , Ventilation and Air conditioning systems on a variety of projects. He later went on to work with Techno-Myte Nig. Ltd. as a project engineer, rising to become Senior Project Manager. It was after a few years, Tunde birthed Megawatts with a vision to empower Nigerians with cost saving and safe MEP building services, also empowering young engineers with a platform that provides them opportunities for knowledge and professionalism
through the Megawatts Academy launched in 2010.

Today, Megawatts has evolved executing high profile projects for power infrastructure, mixed use buildings, manufacturing, oil & gas, real estate, hospitality, religious, educational, government, and financial institutions. Since 2007, Tunde has worked in executive capacity as a prime consultant in
executing all projects, with a structure for continuity, bordered on implementing knowledge and reasoning for coordination on every MEP project.

Tunde graduated with a B.Eng Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ilorin. Tunde has gained varying professional and leadership development training programmes till date.

Engineer Joseph Akorede ODUNOLU is a certified Project Manager by Project Management Institute (PMI) with sterling leadership qualities and vast experience in the MEP industry. He currently pledges his allegiance as an Associate Director and Head of PMO to one of Africa’s most prominent building services vintage contracting firms, Megawatts Nigeria Limited, rooted in Nigeria’s commercial hub – Lagos. Joseph is an articulate goal-getter and a decisive and result-driven leader. His in-depth understanding of effective and efficient project management methodologies and best practices by PMI standards has helped him successfully deliver sustainable services for these projects: Big Brother Naija House, Ogun State Digital Media Station Studio, Radisson Blu Event Centre, Protea Hotel Event Centre, FCMG Warehouse and Factory, Facebook Nigeria office, BUA Head office fitouts to mention but a few. Engr Joseph is also a content developer, a key player in QMS certification processes, and Head of technical training for Megawatts. His milestone in the industry has been aided by his research capabilities, foresightedness and multi-tasking potential, making him an effective team member/leader in different departments..

Engr Joseph’s area of expertise include project management, design using the latest technical tools and techniques, AUTOCAD MEP and REVIT, Microsoft Projects and its other related tools. He’s well knowledgeable of latest technologies in the building services industry BIM, BMS/BAS, Green building etc.

Joseph holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB), he is a registered practitioner with COREN & MNSE. He is also a PMP and Six Sigma Yellow Belt(SSYB) certificates holder.

Olatunji Olawale James, is an Associate Director at Megawatts Nigeria Limited; a key player in the Mechanical, Electrical and Piping (MEP) engineering services industry in Nigeria. A base for top talent within the building construction industry.

Olatunji comes with over 8 years’ experience working within the construction industry, with
experience spanning varying disciplines and industries from small to large scale projects. He is skilled at the selection, design, layout and drafting of engineering systems in building projects using software such as AUTOCAD, AUTOCAD MEP, Revit MEP, HAP cooling load analysis. Working with applications like MS project software, he oversees various project management by liaising with other engineers, project managers, architects and clients to optimize implementation on project designs. He is a specialist with critical experience in plumbing, sprinkler, HVAC design and supervision for residential, commercial, offices and hotels using Daikin VRV express, Samsung DVM, York JCI VRF selector, Daikin express, etc. He has worked on major developments like the Eko Energy Estate Project, Protea Hotel brand, Ogun State Television (OGTV) media house, Ikoyi Hotels, Mutual Alpha Court Estate and various mixed developments and housing projects across Nigeria.

Olatunji graduated with a B.Eng Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ilorin and a Master in Project Management from University of Lagos. He is a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineer (NSE), Project Management Institute (PMI), Institute of Strategic Management, Nigeria (ISMN) and National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE). Always looking to push his boundaries, he has also gained some certification and licenses through his professional career. He is a certified Project Management Professional, PMP License from the Project Management Institute, Pennsylvania, USA. He also possesses a Registered Engineer License from the Council for Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).
